David deVilliers, Jr. is the President and Chief Operating Officer of FRP Holdings, Inc. and holds the same positions in FRP Development Corp. and Florida Rock Properties, Inc. He has served in these capacities since the creation of FRP Development in 1988. David has over 45 years of experience in all phases of residential and commercial real estate development, including acquisition, entitlements, infrastructure construction, building construction, leasing/sales, and property management. Relevant professional experience includes: Graduate of the Realtors Institute in 1981; Maryland Real Estate Broker’s license since 1988; past member of NAIOP’s Developers Council.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Roanoke College.
John D. Baker III is the Chief Executive Officer of FRP Holdings, Inc. He assumed this position in 2024. Having joined the Company in 2012, he previously served as CFO and Treasurer as well as Financial Analyst for his predecessor John Milton, Jr.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Princeton University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.
David H. deVilliers, III, is the Chief Operating Officer of FRP Holdings, Inc., FRP Development Corp., and Florida Rock Properties, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2001, David III has been instrumental in the company’s expansion and growth. He is integral to the firm’s strategic investments, initiatives and notable transactions, including a $358 million, 41-building portfolio sale to an affiliate Blackstone Real Estate Partners in 2018.
David III received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University and a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from Loyola University.
Matthew C. McNulty is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of FRP Holdings, Inc. He assumed this position in 2024. Previously, Matt served as Chief Financial Officer (2018) and Chief Operating Officer (2021) of Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc. Prior to Patriot, Matt was employed by Florida Rock Industries, Inc. From 2000 to 2003, he practiced as an Associate Corporate Attorney at Rogers, Towers, PA.
Matt holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University (Florida Certified Public Accountant – Inactive) and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida (Member of the Florida Bar Association – Inactive).
